Skill: Power snatch

Work Capacity: Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:

-8 kipping Pull up/ jumping Pull up

-10x power snatch (40#/25#)

-40 single unders

–ONE&ONLY TEAM COMPETITOR–

Strength: Strict press: 5 rounds – Every
2 minutes, complete:

-5x strict press (Start off at a relatively heavy weight and take small jumps each round.  Pause for 1 full second at the top of the press)

–max rep strict muscle up (Hit these immediately after the press)

Work Capacity: Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:

-5x muscle up

-10x snatch (95#/65#)

-20x calorie row

Core: 3 rounds, not timed:

-8x good morning (AHAP)

-max rep unbroken toes to bar.
