Strength: Clean and jerk: 10 rounds, every 90 seconds, perform 1x squat clean + 1x jerk. Start at a moderate weight and increase the weight each round so the last set is a max for the day.
Work Capacity: In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
-100x 2-Arm DB clean and jerk (50/35#)
-80x 2-Arm DB thruster (50/35#)
-60x 2-Arm DB OH lunge (50/35#)
-400m buddy sprint (Stay within 6′ of each other during the 400m run)
*For the DB movements, only 1 set of DB for a pair. (I.E. Only 1 person working at a time).
