-25 calorie assault bike sprint
-Rest 2 minutes
*Kicker = On the OH lunge, every 5m, stop and perform 3x overhead squats. For example, on 3-2-1-GO, you will OH lunge to the 5m line, perform 3 OHS, lunge to the 10m line, perform 3 OHS, lunge to the 15m line and perform 3 OHS, then hit the Assault bike.
