1: Snatch complex: 10 rounds- Every 2 minutes, compete:
-1x power snatch + 1x Hang squat snatch (Work up to a max 1+1 for the day)
2: 10 rounds – Every 2 minutes, perform:
-1x snatch balance superset with 2x max distance broad jump (Work up to a max for the day)
*For the broad jump, you have 2 consecutive jumps to cover as much distance as possible. It is a reactive jump, so spend as little amount of time as possible on the ground after the first land.
Work Capacity: Complete 3 rounds, each for time:
-30x thrusters (75#/55#)
-20x GHD sit ups
-10x calories on assault bike
-Rest 2 minutes
